    I recently had an outstanding experience with Tipton and Son Towing. Their service was incredibly prompt and professional from start to finish. My non-medical transportations unexpectedly wont start and within minutes of my call, a friendly and courteous driver was on the scene.The driver was not only skilled and efficient in handling my vehicle but also made sure I felt safe and informed throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees, which I greatly appreciated.Overall, Tipton and Son turned a stressful situation into a smooth and hassle-free experience. If I could give a higher then a 5 star I would. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch towing. Thank you for your excellent service!***

    These people are evil! They have no compassion at all! Got into an accident and they took my car before I could call insurance and get an in-network tow. Took it to an undisclosed location that they wouldnt tell me about even when my house keys were left in the car. Had to call several times to get a response, and was promptly told I needed a police release. Navigated that process and they couldnt be bothered to have someone at their location to help me retrieve my car. They dont have an office at their *********************** location in STL, they operate out of a dusty lot next to a salvage parts store. They only took cash, had no mercy, and were reluctant to get me my keys. Couldnt get a hold of them to know when to grab my car, they made me wait an additional hour without telling me I could only pay cash.This business is improperly managed, unorganized, and shady as can be. Dont let them tow your car, and especially not to their ***** and **** location! As someone whos insurance plan isnt great, they held my car hostage and made me pay a pretty ***** to get it back. I would give 0 stars if I could.
