    Don't take language classes here. Maybe they started as a business to translate but started doing classes to teach language. You get charged by the hour but ask for the total amount owed upfront. 25 hours is the least amount of hours you can sign up for. For Spanish it's $58/hr. That's $1,450. This isn't a university, I'm not paying for a semester upfront, I'm paying for an instructors hourly wage. Why am I required to pay everything upfront? If you want a refund it's also the same as a university, better do it before you start taking classes. What a mistake I made with choosing to come here for language tutoring.

    We are sorry to hear that your personal experience with our language program did not meet your expectations. Expectations are very important to our company, our students, and our instructors - so much so - that we thoroughly and clearly outline them on the Registration Paperwork which is given to every student before registration. It is important that we provide omitted context in response to your complaint. Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and clarity for both our students and our instructors, because when a student chooses their preferred days, times, and location for instruction, our Instructor locks in those specific days and times for that student. Our policies, including tuition rates, payment in advance, minimum hours, satisfaction guarantee, refund policy, scheduling and cancellation procedures, and number of weeks to complete instruction are clearly outlined in our enrollment agreement which was provided to you for your agreement prior to your registration. Throughout your instruction with our school, our Director worked diligently to accommodate your changing circumstances. We honored multiple requested schedule changes after your classes and instructor were set and after your classes began. We honored your request to change from in-person instruction to on-line instruction, and then back again to in-person instruction when you changed your mind/needs for a third time. Meeting your many changes required a change in instructors to match your news days/times. You have completed 12 sessions (24 hours of 50) and canceled 7 additional sessions. Though our cancellation policy is clear and allows cancellation and rescheduling of up to 4 sessions with proper notice, we did not penalize you for any of the 7 sessions cancelled by you. Additionally, on two separate occasions, you informed both our company and our instructors that you wished to discontinue instruction. Both times our school respected your decision. When you chose to resume instruction instead, we made every effort to resume instruction and adjust the schedule to support you.Because of your continuous changes and cancellations, you have exceeded the agreed upon 4-month window to complete your 50 hours of instruction. And once again, we agreed to work with you by agreeing to extend your time frame to accommodate you. Our goal is to teach languages and to do so in a manner that allows our students to progress in their skills and confidence. We have tried in good faith to meet your changing needs; we have given you more cancellations than we agreed to; we did not charge you when you changed your days and times of instruction after your instruction began; and we have extended your time frame to complete your language instruction. We have provided more than we promised and we have shown great flexibility in your regard. We truly regret that your experience was not what you expected, but we stand by our commitment and feel that we provided professional, responsive, and high-quality language instruction to you. Please let us know your intentions. Our school remains committed to teaching you on the current schedule. If you would like to continue we need to know by May 15. Feel free to call us.Thank you.
