    I took my truck up there three times for the same problem. I have been pay them twice to repair my truck at a cost of $950.00 each time. I would like to have my money refunded back to me because I am still having the same problem with my truck. Currently, I have my truck at another shop and is unable to afford to have it tow back to the original shop that work on my Truck. I spoke with **** directly to have this problem taken care of.

    Hi ***************** said owner of precision transmission spoke to ***** on Friday the 16th. She said she was having her car towed and that it had a noise. I gave her our ************** number and said that I would pay for if it was the repairs that we done. It never showed up I had ***************** call her on Monday the 19th to see if she was still having it towed in. She said she done had it repaired that she said she didnt think it was under warranty, which we told her if it was a repairs that we have done, it would be under warranty

    I paid this company to put a new transmission in my 2010 Ford F150 on Dec 28, 2022. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed my car had been driven 400 miles. They put the car with no gas. They also took money out of my car while they worked on it. When I asked them about it, they just denied everything. I paid $4154.61

    the customer is mistaken on mileage test drives or about 14 miles how munch money did he have in car 1 doller or 500 we or not responsible for contents left in car  ... the car was left here a long time due to extended warranty thay have picures of dash showing mileage and gas  .

    My truck was on E and the trip was set up in the dash.  I wrote my mileage down before I put it in the shop.  They took my truck out of town, stuff was moved around, all change gone and radio station changed.
