  Placed transportation three days in advance with my mother's insurance company. Received 3 voice messages stating my mother would be picked up at 7 am. today with "*******" Transportation Services LLC. My mother was outside in her wheelchair, waiting outside on the porch. She waited 40 mins. I decided to call "Lajoys" to find out what's going. I spoke with the manager, *******. She said it was because technically difficult. I did cut her off in our conversation. At that point, she got rude and hung up. I was just trying to get answers for my mother. I also spoke to ******, the owner of the company, he told me because I have an attitude, and that is why my mom wasn't getting picked up because of me. All I was trying to do is find out when they were picking her up since they were late on picking her up. ****** also said that when I spoke to him that he was at the location to pick up my mother. No, he was actually at the location he needed to drop off my mother at. "*******" Transportation Services LLC is unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful! If your insurance company directs to you "*******" Transportation Services LLC, ask for a different transportation provider. You will be late, and you will deal with unprofessional people who dont know what they are doing. This was a headache and heartache for my family. Like other people said on the reviews. REPORT to your insurance company

  I am writing from a physicians office- I have a patient that has had to wait over 3hrs for them to pick her up---everytime her or I called they said **** minutes! They even lied and said they had driver on GTP's and he was 5minutes away-- that was a hour ago. Called again and they conferenced the driver in on the call and her told us where he was and at that point it was 45minutes from our office! UNACCEPTIABLE!!!! Would they treat there parents or grandparents like this?

  I give this company NO STARS!!!!!!!!! To me it makes no sense that a company such as this is completely inconsiderate of the timing that someone disabled needs to be picked up. I called to confirm the ride for my daughter who is currently in a wheelchair and as I confirmed the pickup time of 10am they commenced to say she would be picked up at 9:15am. Anyone that has to deal with a loved one in this situation knows that no matter what time you wake up in the morning it can still be hard. We wake up 3 hours prior to pick-up time and we may have struggles based on her pain levels. The lack of empathy and concern from this company was beyond my belief. I simply asked that they pick my child up at the time that I requested and ***** herself got on the phone and completely disregarded my request and my concerns for my child and instead of trying to make an effort to accommodate my daughter she completely dismissed me and told me that she would not be picking her up at all for her appointment. I work a full-time job and need to still be able to work to support my daughter and her needs and when this occurred it truly upset me because I would've thought that someone who owns a business that is supposed to take care of people would've been more understanding. UNFORTUNATELY!!!!!!! That was not the case. If you have to deal with this company and the owner ***** then I truly sympathize with you. As this business is extremely unprofessional BUT MOST OF ALL extremely non-caring. Every time I tried to speak to ***** she overtalked me. She did not care to listen to what I had to say as a concerned Mother; but most of all the unprofessionalism that she implemented into the conversation was a just too much. I felt like I was on Real Housewives of Something Else. Moral of the story just don't use this company for transportation services if you care about your loved ones.
