    Had an estimate for landscaping project at our address. Person came as scheduled and said she would have the estimate the day after Memorial Day as she came on the Friday before. When we received no reply we called her cell and emailed her at the end of the week but both her cell voice mail and email boxes were full. We waited a week emailed the office to see if something had happened to that person. We were emailed back by the office that the person would be notified of our concern an inquiry about our estimate. Nothing ever came to fruition from this. I would say that there are communication problems with follow up and would not recommend this company for any referrals.

    $10 surcharge for gas is ridiculous due to customer service!!! I agreed to pay $500 to have tree trimmed back and then have tree growth sawed from fence to stop growth. Estimator told me that they would use chemical to kill brush. I was also told by him and tree technician that they would leave extra for me to use if there is additional growth. Well they didn't leave it. I called customer service to inform that I didn't see any extra but whoever the woman was that answered had horrible customer service skills and was yelling that it is against the law for them to do that. I said well, 2 men from your company said that I should get it and I do not know what the law is on it. She kept yelling the same thing and then finally spoke to someone and he said yes, they would leave a diluted amount for me but it was not there AND they never brought it back. I told her that I was placing a complaint about this call and she said that she was glad that I was and I said I was glad too and discontinued the call. When I received the bill it was wrinkled and horrible but had a surcharge for gas of $10. Because it is not on the original bill that I signed, they didn't leave what they said they would leave and the horrible lady on the phone, I am not paying extra. I sent a check of $500 and this complaint. Also, the service was 7/19/22 and bill due date was 7/22/2022 and postal date stamp was 7/26/22 and I received 8/1/22...WHAT??? Isn't billing on 30 day increments (30, 60, 90, etc) not 3 days later.
