      Per a proposal All Brick did tuck pointing July 18th, 2022. The new mortar color was extremely different and sloppy. ***************************** said he would redo the work, which he did August 11, 2022, but the replacement was still off in color. he acid washed September 19, 2022 and said that the color would be better in a few weeks. We left shortly after that for the winter and when we returned, the color was did not change and did not match. It still looked horrible. See photos. It was also coming apart, breaking up etc. I called ******* and left a message and advised him that I did not want him to try again, but I would like my money refunded (Total job was $3,500.00 paid July 18. 2022, ) ******* never returned my call. We would like a full refund of $3500.00 as we have to have all their work redone and I may add at a higher price.

      After doing the work. We were called back and clearly a chemical had been sprayed on our work. Instead of arguing we touched up the work and the customer was happy. Here it is the following year and he wants a full refund. I'm willing to meet in the middle or something. I care alot about our work and our customers.

      I will accept the offer but three points: 1) We did not put any chemicals on the drive, motor court, walkway or patio. 2) As stated in the complaint, we were told it will take a while for the color to set and match closer. 3) We would have made the complaint sooner but as stated in my complaint, we left for the winter shortly after their last work. and returned   to see that the motor still did not match and was breaking apart. I then had three other tuck pointers come by to estimate to rework the ALL Brick work and advise me why the ALL Brick work did not match and broke up. I then filed the complaint.  Thank you ALL Brick for responding so quickly and making the adjustment.

      I have not received the check nor any communications. I sent All brick an email with no response.

      We will not be providing a refund. This customer did not  contact us to address the issue. Waited until following year to address the issue. Provided a few pictures from a job a year later "on a driveway "DOES NOT warrant a refund. Thank you.

      I did contact them after the initial work because of the complete mismatch of color(see photos)(Note: I have had three tuck pointers out to bid redoing all of his work and they all commented on the poor quality, I have hired one of them), AllBrick came out and redid the work, After the rework I called him and told him it still did not match, he said it would take some time but will match. I told him we would be away for the winter and would look at it when we return which I did which was less than one year. I called him and left a message and told him that not only did it not match, but most of his work was crumbling and breaking apart (see photos) , I told him that I have to have it redone, but I did not want him to do it because of the poor workmanship, but I would like a refund.He never returned my call. I then made a BBB complaint and as you can see, he offered a 50% refund which I accepted.HE is now reneging on that offer. My current complains are on poor quality of work, poor communications from him and his reneging on his offer. I still would like the 50% refund although I should get 100%. Please see photos.
