    Last week, we just bought a car from them. We have been having little issues with the car. We were at the Galleria and the car caught on fire. The security guard said he saw the car smoking from under the hood. We went back to the auto company to see if what they were going to do for us - give us our money back or put us in another *********** financing the car, we would like our money back. We are missing out on work and my kids are missing out on school. We didn&#**;t have the car for a whole week and it caught on fire from the hood.

    In response to this complaint, we are currently waiting for an official police report and surveillance video from ************ Mall. The car only has ****** miles and is in excellent condition. Before the car was sold, it has been inspected by Troop-C and ******** Safety and Inspection. In our 20 years of business, we have never heard of a car catching fire after being parked for hours.

    We never received our money back we only had the car four days went in the mall for an hour the hood we on fire when we come out and nothing have been resolved because we havent got any of our money back after having the car for 4 days
