1 starI purchased a truck from ****** in JUNE, ************************************************ with a legal title and it's now September! They make promises but never provide. They gave me a "passed" safety inspection but within a couple days the brakes and rotors completely failed and cost me $1,200.00 to make the truck safe. This tells me the inspection they gave me was a fake. Their lies, empty promises, and delays are so frustrating and horrible customer service! Do NOT trust this company!!Review fromWilliam S

5 starsMost of their bad reviews are from people who got a cheap unreliable car that broke down and then they expected q and a to fix it. I got a car from them that was sold as is love it and all the people there are very nice, professional, and willing to help out. Would definitely buy another car from here!Review fromJohn T

??buyers bewareq & a motors are ultimate scammers??$6,142 in engine repairs on top of a $7500 loan for the vehicle. ?? they pressured us into putting a deposit on a vehicle we were interested in, told us someone else was looking at it & only gave us one day to make the decision to buy or we would lose our deposit. we had an appointment to take the vehicle to the ******** dealership to be inspected but q & a refused to let us, even tho we were willing to pay the money out of our own pocket. we agreed that we would consider buying the vehicle if they could verify that the engine light wasnt on or any other major codes. they lied & told us their mechanic hooked the vehicle up to their machine & the vehicle had no codes. the only issue we noticed was it said to top the coolant, which we did. we decided to purchase the vehicle bc our 16 year old loved it so much & it was her first car. we declined their 3 month warranty, which was extremely limited + overpriced & purchased one from our credit union instead. almost 3 months to the date of purchase the engine light comes on & the vehicle overheated, the vehicle told her to pull over & shut off the engine immediately. we have a video of our daughter crying hysterically bc this happened while she was driving alone over the bridge. she found a gas station & pulled over. thank god we got to her quickly & she was safe. we have called q & a motors several times to give them a chance to explain themselves & make the situation right. the manager is unavailable or on vacation. the ******** vehicle we purchased has been in the mechanic shop more than our daughter has even driven it. the engine was completely altered by q & a motors + an extra coolant tank from a ********** was installed in this ******** to mask the fact that there were two leaking head gaskets. a hydrocarbon test showed that exhaust was mixing with the coolant causing the temperature of it to remain extremely high & causing the engine issues that q & a knew about.Q and A Motors LLC

Hello *********************, it is very unfortunate that you're having issues with the vehicle. We are deeply saddened to hear of the news. ********************* Purchased the 2008 ************* ML350 on 03/13/2023. At the time ********************* purchased the vehicle, it had absolutely none of the issues that she has stated on her complaint. ********************* is twisting the situation to better fit the narrative of her complaint. At the time of purchase ********************* did requested to take the vehicle to the dealership to have it inspected, we didn't deny ********************* that service we just requested that due to our coverage policy we are limited to only 2.5 miles of the dealership. There are roughly 5 repair shops in that are in that 2.5 mile range, to which she declined and requested inspections to be provided. We told ********************* that all of our vehicles comes with state inspections completed, to which again she accepted and proceeded to make the purchase. We did not pressure her into the sale of the vehicle but let her know that we had a serious customer that was also interested and she then decided to place the deposit so that they can get the financing figured out. We offered ********************* extended warranty for the vehicle because it is a German vehicle with roughly 158k miles and that any future repairs or damages we wouldn't be able to provide any coverage but ********************* denied it and stated that she can get the warranty through her bank and signed the buyers guide that states that Q&A Motors is not responsible for any future repairs or damages. I am also providing copies of the inspections that were completed at the time of sale and as-is form that was signed by *********************. Now in regards to the issues ********************* stated occurred roughly three months after purchase of the vehicle. Any one with a slight knowledge of how an automobile functions, knows that if a head gasket is blown on a vehicle that the car would not be able to operate for more then 15 miles of driving let alone 3 months. We never received any diagnostics report which would state the current mileage of the vehicle which would further show that there's absolutely zero chance of that problem being there at the time of sale. If a vehicles head gasket is blown, you would not be able to drive the car for no more than a day. I believe the reason ********************* is taking her frustration out on us because she did not understand the cost of maintenance on ********* there is a reason why her own extended warranty company is denying the repairs to which she isn't disclosing, the only time a warranty company denies these types of claims is if they find that the owner neglected to properly maintain the vehicle. The bank that she has the warranty from is by far one of the best companies as far as claims goes, the fact that the denied the repairs and ********************* withholding that information from me is a cause of concern for me. ********************* hasn't provided us with any diagnostic repair bills or reasoning for why the claim was denied. Thus leading me to say that this could be a fraudulent claim because I have noticed that she wrote almost an exact review for another dealership as well that she made a purchase from back in 2021 to which again she mentions her "16 year old daughter falling in love with the car". I will also provide the screen shot of the review and it is very eerily similar to the complaint she filed against Q & A Motors. Due to lack of proof and lack of communication for almost 7 months, we will deny any help for ********************* as we sold the car with completed inspections and she signed a as-is sale clause and due to the fact that ********************* has left multiple reviews that have almost the same exact wording and false statements made. ******** code ******* to subsection ******* states that " (1) At the time of sale, a licensed motor vehicle dealer, as defined in section *******, may choose to sell a motor vehicle subject to the inspection requirements of sections ******* to ******* either: (a) With prior inspection and approval as provided in subdivision (2) of this subsection; or (b) Without prior inspection and approval as provided in subdivision (3) of this subsection. (2) If the dealer chooses to sell the vehicle with prior inspection and approval, the dealer shall disclose, in writing, prior to sale, whether the vehicle obtained approval by meeting the emissions standards established pursuant to sections ******* to ******* or by obtaining a waiver pursuant to section *******. A vehicle sold pursuant to this subdivision by a licensed motor vehicle dealer shall be inspected and approved within the one hundred twenty days immediately preceding the date of sale, and, for the purpose of registration of such vehicle, such inspection shall be considered timely." Due to the fact that we provided a safety and emissions that have been completed at the time of purchase, we are not legally bound to provide any help with any repairs ********************* has requested.Review fromAngie s

I went upto thw shop to see if my car had been told to a shop he recommended n it finally got towed on Wednesday and just parked and left.. so once rhe new guy called and told me that the motor is going out.. regardless if it's as is you shouldn't be selling cars that are breaking down so soon after people purchase them.. lucky I purchased the warranty. Now I'm waiting to see how it goes on getting a motor for my car.. I will not recommend anyone to this establishmentReview fromAl T
