    I signed up for a monthly vinyl record subscription service with the company in December 2024. The plan included three vinyl records per month for a recurring charge of $39. I received my first order but, despite being billed monthly thereafter, I did not receive any additional records.Over the course of a week, I attempted to contact the company multiple times by phone but was unable to get through due to what their system described as "extended hold times." This lack of access to customer support is highly concerning. I also reached out via email to request a refund for the months in which I was charged but received no product. The company responded stating they do not issue refunds, but offered store credit insteadwhich I do not find acceptable.The company claims that customers are required to log into their account each month and select a "Vibe" (a record theme or genre) before any shipment is sent. However, this was not clearly communicated when I signed up, and I find it unethical that they continue to charge customers without delivering any goods in return.I believe these practices are misleading and potentially predatory. At a minimum, the company should automatically assign a default "Vibe" if one is not selected to ensure products are still delivered for the monthly fee being charged.I am requesting a full refund for the months in which I was charged but received no records. Additionally, I urge the company to revise their business practices to ensure that customers are not billed without receiving a productregardless of whether a "Vibe" is selected. This would be a more fair and customer-friendly approach.
