They didn&#**;t fix my car properly and gave me a used radiator. There is no record of this. I would like to get my car repaired correctly

    Business Response

    Date: 10/29/2024

As for the complaint filed against this shop and any other parties involved in wanting to help make a difference for someone in need. Mr. ******** is an individual who to my understanding is homeless and had wrecked his car in which he was living in at that time. I was approached by a caring individual from the All Saints Perish I believe, asking if I could assist in repairs on a car for an individual in need. After understanding the situation, I agreed to help the parish by offering my assistance to get the car back on the road. The first parts ordered were from a junkyard for the use of used parts. Once I installed those used parts, the radiator was found to be defective. The contact person I was talking to said that she had a new radiator for that car and when supplied to me I installed everything for a second time. Trying to get this person back up and moving! Forward to present time, my understanding now is that after multiple people have come together to assist a person in need free of parts and labor. Mr. ******** is now looking to tarnish names of good people/businesses that were willing to step up as a community to help those in need. Not sure what evil road Mr. ******** is traveling down but he should be thankful for those who assisted in his needs. Mr. ******** was placed in a hotel for over three weeks free of any charges while his car was being worked on. His car also fixed free of charges to him as well. This is a prime example of what's wrong with society today. My question to Mr. ******** is if or when was the last time you inconvenienced your time and or money to help another in need? Mr. ******** you be ashamed of your actions at this time. I as the owner of Bell and Osborn AutoBody stand with intention of helping my community out when a situation allows me to do so. I wish for the community to understand my position and actions concerning this matter.
