    They fixed my truck two years ago and it was under warranty. I called to set up an appt, regarding my truck, but she never returned my call. They told me to come to the business and then informed me that I needed to set up a appt. I have been trying for five days to make a appt. I was speaking with supervisor and she informed me that I was being irate, but I was not being irate. I have a warranty them and I would like for them to fix my truck, the insurance paid them to fix the truck. I just want my truck fixed.

    Mr. ****** ********* came to Jungerman CARSTAR today on 7/26/2023  at 9:15 am he proceeded to demand that we take his truck in without an appointment and fix his "warranty issues" Sarah my estimator told him that he needed an appointment and that we would need to contact his insurance company because he has put over 100,000 miles on his vehicle since we repaired it.  He then got very loud and angry stating that he has tried to call the shop and no one was answering the phone yet he never left a message. Sarah begin to feel threatened by the customer and asked him to leave and that she would contact the insurance company and call him back to schedule a diagnostic of his issue. He then called the cops and barged in the door screaming at Sarah and at  the police dispatcher at this point Sarah was able to get the customer out of the door and locked the door. The police then showed as the customer was in the parking lot yelling that he was locked out of the business. The police then asked Sarah to explained what the issue was she explained to them that he needed to contact his insurance company at this point because of his attitude and threats and they can help him with his warranty issue.
