    I took my car in for repairs on several different occasions. The 1st time was for oil leak, break repairs and a few other things they suggested I should get replaced. Then I went to have a window repaired. The last time an a/c compression was replaced. After the supposedly compression was replaced my breaks began to fail. The a/c was still blowing out hot air, car was smelling as if rubber was burning underneath. I took it to a smaller shop that was recommended. The guy did an inspection. Everything he diagnosed were things that were supposed to be repaired by Christian Brothers Automotive. As well as negligence on Christian Brothers Automotive with my break. He stated that with the breaks like that the car is dangerous to operate. Christian Brothers Automotive has been paid almost $6000 for repairs that were not done. The guy from the new repair shop (DNK Automotive) called and spoke with someone by the name of Nick. I called and left a message with someone for the manager Doug. They stated that he was gone for the day but they would give him the message to call me. No one has contacted me regarding this matter. I know have to pay someone else to actually do the repairs Christian Brothers Automotive was paid to repair.

    This vehicle needed several repairs and we recommended not fixing the vehicle due to the repair costs exceeding the value of the vehicle. The customer elected to pick and choose what repairs she wanted to have performed. We have offered to look at her vehicle at no cost to address any warrantable conditions as we provide a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on all repairs performed but cannot be held liable for declined repairs or additional repairs needed due to the prolonged neglect to properly maintain the vehicle. If a part we have replaces has failed, we will gladly replace it under warranty. All repairs were performed by a certified Honda Master Technician (vehicle is a 2006 Honda Accord EX) and were in good working order when the vehicle left the shop.

    I am rejecting this response because: Everytime I take my car in for repairs or corrections something else goes wrong.  I will not allow Christian Brothers to continue to take advantage of me. I am a single parent of 3 in a state without any family nor friends. I would greatly appreciated a full refund on all repairs they were paid to do. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AGAIN!!! I WILL WARN ALL MY CHURCH MEMBERS AND CO-WORKERS AT THIS PLACE!!!
