    For months now I have received advertising in my email. I never contacted Car Shield for information and never used this company. I have blocked Car Shield ads in my email several times a week for over 4 weeks now with no results. I now went to their website and unsubscribed directly and my email showed that for last ******************************* progress. These are terrible obnoxious advertising methods. I will also report them to the ***.

    I was led to believe all repairs that were covered were going to be convered at 100%. Never was I told that I had to accept to go to an "authorized" repair facility that uses used and sub-par parts. When I requested an Explanation of Benefits, the refused to provide one. When I requested to cancel my membership, they even refused to provide me with confirmation of the cancelation! What an unreliable and shady company!

    I have been paying for this coverage for over 3 months. I have registered my vehicle and jumped through all of the hoops. It is still telling me I do not have any coverage. What a rip off. At a time when every dollar counts, this is a big waste of time and money.

    Carshield has really saved me I can't afford to buy car repair.without it. a d the nice staff is always helpful. I will have Carshield my whole life.. go get it it's reasonable 9price and trust me you'll regret it if you don't especially if you're on a fixed income like me.Thank you carshield

    Car Shield should tell that any payments paid will not be refunded, I canceled 11:00 hundred hours on the 19th of May they had with drawn $149.00 on the 19th of May at 05:00 hundred hours. For approximately 6 hours they charged me the full months payment. ******* informed me that they would take over my repairs for a little less than car shield on the 19th of may and they no longer would accept car shield due to a law suite brought against car shield due to complaints for not honoring repair claims. I think I should have received a portion of the monies auto payed on the 19th of May. What Company charges a full months payment For 6 Hours of the months use if that much. Had I known this a head of time that they had this policy I would have known not to touch car shield. Good thing I got out before I had to make a claim.

    If I could leave a -1 star I would. This is one of most unprofessional companies. Their business practices are very deceptive. They advertise low deductibles on tv and when you call they want to start at $250 and up. The two representatives that I dealt with were very unprofessional. They kept repeating, as if from a script, the same thing and failed to answer my questions. They charge me for the monthly rate and I sold the car the day before. I saw the charge the and told them I no longer owned the car. They told me that I could not be refunded, but were eager to add the coverage to my new car. I refused and after a 30 minute call, still no refund I would not recommend them to anyone for fear that their unprofessional treatment and poor business practices would be experienced by them. This is a horrible company with very unprofessional representatives. I request a supervisor and manager and was told none were available. Who is running the call center??? It is a terrible thing when the patients are in charge of the asylum!
