I just had a claim for over ***** my out of pocket **************************************************************** the shop and car shield did everything including getting me a rental for 2 weeks while my car was in shop well worth my monthly fee .. 1 starCar shield paid payment monthly for over 3 years for ************ with diamond Package car broke down antifreeze return reservoir leaking and thermostat damage wire ******* **** was over 6000 thousand car Shieldz refused to pay but only the thermostat refused to pay rental coverage over 2 thousand when I told the dealer I had Car Shield They laugh over five minutes.car shield is a rip off, and I stand on itReview fromSUSAN S

1 starFor months now I have received advertising in my email. I never contacted Car Shield for information and never used this company. I have blocked Car Shield ads in my email several times a week for over 4 weeks now with no results. I now went to their website and unsubscribed directly and my email showed that for last ******************************* progress. These are terrible obnoxious advertising methods. I was led to believe all repairs that were covered were going to be convered at 100%. Never was I told that I had to accept to go to an "authorized" repair facility that uses used and sub-par parts. When I requested an Explanation of Benefits, the refused to provide one. When I requested to cancel my membership, they even refused to provide me with confirmation of the cancelation! What an unreliable and shady company!CarShield

I have been paying for this coverage for over 3 months. I have registered my vehicle and jumped through all of the hoops. It is still telling me I do not have any coverage. What a rip off. At a time when every dollar counts, this is a big waste of time and money.CarShield

Carshield has really saved me I can't afford to buy car repair.without it. a d the nice staff is always helpful. I will have Carshield my whole life.. go get it it's reasonable 9price and trust me you'll regret it if you don't especially if you're on a fixed income like me.Thank you carshieldCarShield
