I ordered 2 pillows on August 10, 2022, my credit card was charged on August 11, 2022, I have called at least 7 times about when the pillows were being shipped, last 3 calls was told that the office has to print a shipping label. It has now been 4months and 3 days since these pillows have been ordered. This order was done online, order number ********Business Response

I ordered 2 pillows on August 10, 2022 from Mattress Direct(online) ***************************************************************************(this address is what is shown on the web page) I was told several times they were waiting for a shipping label to be made to ship the 2 pillows, as of today December 30, 2022 still no pillows, I was having them shipped directly to a different address they were a house warming gift for my son ---his address is *********************, *********************************************************************** Thanks for any help that you can give me.Customer Answer

I have not heard anything for some time. I still have not gotten the two pillows that were ordered and paid for. At this time I would like them to refund my $114.Thank you!!Mattresses & More is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
