    I had my glass replace by *** ****** ***** in **** ** about a year ago and they use *** glass to replace it. I went to have my care clean, The mirror came off why they were cleaning the glass. I reach out to *** ****** *****, and they told me that *** was not going to replace the glass because someone had to hit the glass for the mirror to come off. I have filed a complaint with both *** ****** ***** and *** and both are saying it is Martian Car Wash reasonably to replace it. At the end of the day, I just want someone to take reasonably and pay for the glass to be fix.

    Although I haven't spoken to this customer I believe this incident occurred sometime in July. We were cleaning her rear view mirror and it fell from the glass. At the time of the incident I spoke with her and told her that we wipe off the mirror with a towel and it would not be possible to break the mirror away from the windshield in that process. I also told her that a piece of the windshield broke off in the process and that would require a lot of force, of which we don't use to clean it. She said she understood and would reach out to the windshield folks that replaced her windshield. I haven't heard from her since.
