    His and Hers Construction Co asked for permission to inspect my home for storm damage and sign a non-binding agreement. They did contact my insurance company. They didn't ever provide me with any estimate or even pictures of the damage that I had asked for. They seemed like storm chasers to me. I have since signed a contract with ********* to upgrade my roof to a metal roofing system. They did a very thorough inspection and sold me on their professionalism and Company integrity.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: The business manager has stated that the cancelation invoice will remain open due to their company policy, but they will not make any further attempts to collect.I would prefer that it be removed or voided since there was no work started or contract signed.I didn't ever get an estimate!

    they put a roof on 2020 there is a part on my roof that is sinking I called them 6 or 7 times they didn't call back at all
