      This company is misleading and dishonest. Shortly after purchasing my home, I had an issue with my refrigerator. The company never found a repair person. The repair person I found said the refrigerator needed to be replaced. The company denied the claim because the refrigerator had been repaired incorrectly. Now I am battling cancelling the policy and getting a refund. I sent a certified letter to the address given by customer service. The letter was received yet the policy was not cancelled as directed and I charged the monthly fee yet again. Close to $600 in payments to them with nothing to show I'm not holding my breath for a return given the horrible service thus far. Hopefully I can save someone else's pocket book... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

      This company charges more than other companies. This company NEVER sent me a contract (written/digital). I called and cancelled my contract on October 5, 2022. I called the ***************** and they tried to give me the run around stating they do not cover my water heater or any leaks. The Supervisor, ***, continued to ask me questioned as to why I wanted to cancel, what was wrong with the water heater, staying it must have been old and corroded, I need to contact my ********************* The Supervisor *** stated he is going to notify my mortgage company that I do not have a Home Warranty. He informed me that I would get a cancellation email today, as we were speaking, and of course, I have not. I was getting extremely frustrated with him, to the point I informed him that I would get my attorney involved. I have written down the date, the individual (s) spoken, time of call, and how long the call lasted. If I could give this company a negative -5, I would. This is the WORST company I have every dealt with and will inform everyone I know, DO NOT select this company.

      This company charges a higher rate then other companies, their cancelation and refund is misleading, they have the worst customer service. If they owe you a refund from a cancellation, this company will give you the run around to avoid giving you your money back. I cancelled my policy in January of 2022 and still have not received my refund each time I call I am told to wait 6-8 week. Still have not received my refund and it is September 2022.

      Ii could rate this company a negative 5 stars I would. My spouse and I received a letter with our mortgage company information and we called to see what it was about. My husband wanted the platinum plan at ****** down and ****** a month. He spoke with **** *********************** and agreed to the plan. We talked about and immediately called to cancel and they were closed. (5pm) I called back the next morning at 8am and held for 1 hour and 25 min. A rep came on the line and i stated I wanted to cancel the plan. They kept asking me questions as to why. I said We dont want this service and please cancel it. I explained we attempted to call right back after the purchase and they were closed. The agent started talking about my mortgage company, I started getting heated. I told her, I dont care about my mortgage company and I dont want to discuss anything further, please cancel this plan. She kept arguring with me and I then requested a manager. The manager was worse. Im now hot as fish grease and told him, Why do I have to answer all these question, I dont want the plan. He kept going on and on about how with another company we are paying to much and this and that. I said Its my money and and can afford to pay what I want with who I want, I dont want this plan. He stated, you are not the one that wanted to the plan. I said its my husband and he is sitting right here. He said i'll call ******************, I said ok. He never called We want our money back. They are extremely rude and not customer service friendly. I would not recommend this company.

      I would rate this a zero if I could. I started a policy with them 2 months ago. Due to the economy, however, I needed to cancel it cuz I couldnt afford it. I called them and told them I wished to cancel the service, and the woman kept talking about other options. I said I was still not interested and to please just cancel my account. I didnt want a refund for what I paid, I just wanted to cancel. She kept insisting that I needed it and I listened patiently for several minutes. I was trying to be polite. So I asked again to please just cancel the account as Im not interested in any other options, but she kept talking about how I needed it, so I told her she works for me. I am the customer. You take MY money. You get paid because you of me, so do what Im asking you politely to do before I get angry. Yet she continued, so I asked to speak to her manager, and when he got on the phone he said Its a bold statement and takes some ***** to say we work for you. I told him to cancel my account and he tried telling me if I canceled the policy, I could never get another policy, even from a different company cuz Im saying I never want home warranty insurance. I told him he was an idiot and anyone who fell for what he just said to me was even less intelligent. He told me I need to send a notarized letter to him saying I no longer wish to receive his home warranty. I asked to see the magical contract that I never signed so I could see where it says anything about that, and he told me it was a verbal contract. These people are absolute clowns. Then I googled them and understood, which I shouldve done in the first place. SCAM!!!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

      DO NOT EVER contract with this company. They are absolutely worthless and liars. Absolute scam. I have been trying now for 6 months to get a dishwasher fixed. They have given me the run around and just taking my money and not providing the services they promised. They have accused me of lying and not doing what I'm supposed to. I'm disgusted that there is a company out there that will take advantage of hard working people. These people are shameless and I wonder how they sleep at night.

      This company is the worst ever. I paid for their top
      coverage and it is absolutely worthless. If you pay them for coverage
      just know that they will never pay. My central A/C went out and it is
      covered under my policy. They kept arguing different baseless reasons
      why they wouldn't cover it. I plan on filing a complaint with the
      insurance regulatory agencies.

      They made it seem like it was going to be handier than it
      actually turned out to be. When I decided that it wasn't worth the money
      the "supervisor" was arrogant and condescending and insisted I could
      only cancel in writing. I was given the address of the post office in
      their town (rather than their address) to write to for cancellation, so I
      had to hunt down their true address. I don't appreciate the bullying
      and attempt at fraud. I don't want apologies or excuses and I expect at
      least 124 dollars to be refunded to me if not the full 980 already paid.
      I wish that I had done better research into home warranty companies
      before choosing their services.
