    I visited this location last year to help with my hormones I signed an agreement that they can auto bill me each month when I receive treatments. I stopped going there in August 2023 they have continue to bill me $150 every month since then when I asked for a refund they said they do not give refunds from what I can figure they only $750 if you compare the withdraws against my chart they may owe me more than that. When I talk to the girl in the office she told me its like a gym membership whether you use it or not you pay. I do not want to pay with no services rendered they were supposed to call me at the end of August with a cream for my hormones and never called me back so I never went back. All I am asking for is my money back.

    The client was on a monthly auto debit plan for treatment. The client provided new billing info on the signed agreement on 8/7/23. We cancelled the agreement when the client contacted us to terminate. The client requested a refund. Even though the client was in an agreement, we agreed to refund half of the amount in good faith, which was accepted. The remaining amount we offered to give the client the product specified in the agreement. The client agreed to this arrangement. However, the client has failed to come in to pick up the product. The product is still available for pick up if the client would like to pick it up.
