    5 months after cancelling and multiple contacts, they still keep charging the credit card. AVOID them.

    I specifically chose audiobookstore.com because they clearly state on their website that they provide the actual MP3. I created an account and purchased the book for the full price without creating an account. I selected the option to get a download of the MP3 and it immediately said I could not download THE **** I PAID FULL PRICE FOR until my "account was reviewed". Do not purchase books from this store. It's clearly a SCAM!

    I ordered 1 book from this company. I was barely able to finish it. Download speed was incredibly slow and the app is full of glitches. I also thought it was a 1 time charge. Little did I know that my account was being charged monthly. When I contacted customer service for help, their line was set up to automatically go to voice-mail. I did not receive a call back. Then I emailed. Over 10 times I emailed. It doesn't matter if you are satisfied. It doesn't even matter if you have been using the product or not. There are no refunds from this company. Only ***** apologies
