      This company is very efficient and very customer friendly. They care about their service and are very kind when dealing with them I recommend this carpeting and flooring company to anyone.

      They have really beautiful & upgraded carpeting to pick from. They answered every ? We had & didnt try to upswell us. It all came in very quickly & the installers did such a beautiful job. We look like a new house. This was our third time going through them & will always be our go to place.

      They did such a good job on my carpet. I had a flood in the back part of my house so they put new carpet in. It looks like a brand new house.

      Had 3 rooms and hall carpeted by Michaels - product was as-purchased / expected and the two-person crew was professional and did a fine job with the install. Sales process was very quick and hassle-free with good communication along the way. Would purchase from / install with Michaels again.

      In filing a complaint with the BBB on Michaels, we were told that they could do nothing regarding it since the installation of flooring happened over a year ago.We can, however, leave a review. I would not use this company again in a million years. We bought both carpeting and laminate flooring from them in 2017 and spent upwards of $6,000. They installed both. The laminate flooring came with a lifetime warranty. Fast forward to today, the laminate flooring has begun to buckle. Michaels filed a claim with the manufacturer and it was denied -- despite that lifetime warranty we were told about. And Michaels has refused to do anything else. Oh, they'll repair the issue, for a price. Their installation has a two-year warranty but those who install are not their employees, they are independent contractors, so there are really no consequences for the shoddy work they did.

      *****, in sales was wonderful to work with. No problems at all. Pick up was quick and easy at warehouse even after terrible flooding a month ago....all cleaned up! Friendly folks.
