    I went into this office the summer of 2021. The doctor was very quiet but gave me suggestions on what to do for my injury. They sold me a knee brace I needed and sent me to physical therapy and said to follow up in 4 or 6 weeks. At my follow up the doctor was in the room for about 30 seconds. Gave me information that wasnt in line with what I had been told by him previously, or by my physical therapist. I felt he was ******* and did not have time to provide the care I needed.Then come the billing issues. I have over a $200 credit on my account here. I have called several times since December 2021. The third party billing company they use has submitted a request for them to refund my money several times. Yet the office is not responding and still holding onto this credit since the end of 2021!I would recommend you seek care elsewhere if you want to actually feel cared about, and have any overpayment refunds processed in an acceptable amount of time.
