Great painting and customer service. They painted 5 rooms of my house over 2 days and it looks great. The gentleman who painted was considerate and knew what worked in painting very well. I would definitely recommend this team!

I received three high quality bids. Each specifying high quality paint to be used and the work to be performed. So it came down to the best price. CertaPro beat the other bids by 20+ %. We used CertaPro Painters to paint the entire interior of our new office. It was a big job and I was impressed with how quickly they completed the job. The crew was hard working and professional. I signed an exterior painting contract in May 2023. In August 2023, CertaPro notified me they could not start the project as they did not think they could meet my expectations. This was disappointing as I had used CertaPro previously and they did excellent work at that time. I was expecting the same level of service and preparation (wash, scraping and caulking) that was performed previously. I did start to become concerned when answers to certain questions changed depending on who I talked to at the Company. Then, three months after I hired them, CertaPro informed me they could no longer live up to that level of customer service and orally cancelled my contract. I am not sure what changed at CertaPro in the past few years but it seems to me they are admitting they can no longer provide outstanding service like they did in the past (as I am sure they will disagree). I would caution anyone that is considering hiring CertaPro to read the contract carefully. We take great pride in our work, and we take great strides to make sure that our contracts are detailed and clear. It became clear after our production team reviewed the contract with you prior to scheduling that you were looking for an additional level of service than what was included in the original proposal. Unfortunately, the additional work that was expected would have required additional charges which were not included in the original contract, and you were not interested in pay for that level of work. CertaPro did a fantastic job painting my living room, dining room, kitchen and stairwell. They arrived on time, cleaned up everyday before they left and returned 2 weeks later to touch up a couple spots I found after they left. It looks amazing and I would highly recommend them. I have to give a shout out to ****, **** and ****** (****) who all went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. CertaPro of St. Charles was amazing to work with. They not only did excellent work but were interested in my overall project. The crew was wonderful at communicating with me and we did a daily walk thru or progress walk thru.
