Refused to accommodate me, only wanted to schedule me on a weds at 1pm when both me and my tenant had to work, tried several times to schedule a weekend appointment and dispatcher refused to book the appointment, said my tenant had to call in to book it when I was told I had to be there and pay in person as the landlord? When I explained to him Im trying to book the appointment now over the phone for the weekend, he once again revisited the weds appointment when we both worked. I guess because I didnt take off work and make my tenant take off as well to fit his schedule is why he refused to help me. He told me I wasnt the plumber for you and hung up.
