This company harassed me about paying deposit and first months rent when I was approved for the property. I was called by the leasing office stating that if I didnt pay they were going to give the house to someone else. Then I got an email about delinquent payments so I paid because I was ready to move into the house. They then gave me a date they were expecting me to move in. The house ended up having more things fail inspection so the move in date was postponed. That date came around and the property was still not inspected. This is very inconvenient for me as I have children and had already enrolled them in the neighborhood school since I had a lease and expected move in date. And my children have special needs. Now I have to find a new home and a new school for my children. my lease at my current house is almost up. This company is so unprofessional. Shouldnt have took my money with out a passed inspection.Homestretch Property Management

******** company to work for. They never paid me for all the hours I worked, always looking to cut corners instead of doing things the right way. The management has no clue what theyre doing half the time and just makes up rules as they go. No respect for employees, just use you until they dont need you anymore. Hi Kody we are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience working for us. Unfortunately you had to be let go due to your lack or experience in maintenance, lack of responsiveness, and you stole the maintenance supervisors truck upon your termination which we had to file a police report for.Review fromJen M

5 starsThe Homestretch Property Management team is the best! I am a remote real estate investor and purchase properties that need a full rehab to then rent out. The Homestretch team manages the entire rehab and property management for me. I have several rental properties that Homestretch manages for me. The rehabs have turned out great and they place quality tenants quickly. Their team is great to work with, very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I put my complete trust in the team to manage my properties from the day I close. Highly recommend!
