I hired Rev it up Home solutions LLL on 04/13/2021 and he said that the would start 05/31/2021 and completion of the work would be on or before 07/21/2021. I paid 5% on 04/14/2021 that amount was 1250.00 dollars for acceptance of the project, and then 35% on start day of the work which was 06/02/2021 which I paid 8750.00 dollars. He showed up 01/2022 and he took 6months to complete the framing and the drywall which was finished in June or July 2022. Also, 02/11/2022 He asked for 35%, but I only paid 5,000.00 dollars and then on 02/17/2022 I paid the remaining 3750.00. Also he took 3000.00 dollars to order carpet, bathroom doors. He did not order anything shipped to your house. From this point he has only completed the framing and drywall. Remaining work that needs to be finished is taping, sanding, electrical, carpet, painting, and bathroom finished, Bathroom glass doors, and base boards. He will give a schedule for the week but only comes one day for that week. I would Like for him to complete the job. I would like a end date of when the job will be completed.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/19/2023

I have communicated to Mr **** on a regular basis, keeping him apprised of current work plans and delays due to supply chain issues and subcontractor shortages. Mr **** had indicated to me that during the month of February that he was to have family visiting in his home, and desired to not have work taking place during that time. I scheduled other clients and jobs during that time, and anticipate getting back to Mr. ****'s basement project in early March.

I am rejecting this response because:

I never told him to NOT To work in FEB.   Supply chain issues from 2 yrs?  He never respond to my emails properly.

he is still saying  early March he will start,  he will never confirm the end date... I need the End date of my house Project.

    Sincerely,
