    On 3/10/2024 I submitted the requested paperwork to have my taxes performed. This included a small business S-corporation and personal taxes. This company belonged to my brother and I. I was informed that business taxes had to be submitted by 3/15/2024. I had not been aware of this as my previous tax preparer never informed me of this. I was informed that they had filed an extension and that the turn around time would be approximately 3 weeks. I waited approximately 2 weeks and then called to check on the status. I also informed the receptionist that my brother needed this infoirmation in order to submit his personal taxes. I was informed that the turnaround time was 3 weeks and that should still be correct. I called last week and the perspon that I spoke with stated that they are usually completed by the 3rd Sunday which would have been 3/31/2024. I followed up on Monday 4/1/2024 and was informed that the taxes should be completed by the end of the week. I called today and was informed by the receptionist that the Preparer had just looked at the file and decided it was too much work and that they wished for me to come and get the paperwork and go somewhere else. I now, have to have my brother file and extension and find a new tax preparation serviced
