    Paid for tax services April 2023. Never received taxes back. Been unable to get a hold of Him all year. Tried calling and emailing. Just learned my taxes were never filed. He took my payment and never filed my taxes.

    My wife and I have been trying to reach **** and get our tax returns for monthshe wont answer phone nor text and has our personal informationthis is RIDICULOUS!!!

    My family and I went to **** ******** for many many years to do my taxes. Looked at him as a friend. However, this past year he has not been himself. He was doing taxes for my daughter and her husband and told us he would be late to file. We did not mind, however, it almost a year trying to get him to respond to text, emails, & calls to find the status of their taxes. They needed his taxes for immigration purposes. (Note My son in law has been filing taxes for many years before he married my daughter) Well, **** dragged his feet, calling us drunk on several occasions accusing my daughter of her husband being illegal & having a fake SS number. Telling her that their taxes are being rejected b/c of him & his Soc Security number. He was rude. My daughter called the SS admin and IRS, all telling her nothing was filed ever or rejected and that they were both in good standing and now showed as married. We found someone else to do her last year taxes and this year and they were electronically filed perfect, without a problem. He spent a year avoiding them or when he did he was drinking and slurring words & accusing them of horrible discriminating actions when in reality he probably did not want to do it or was unable to do it for whatever reason. So disappointed- you think you know someone & they are a friend but they really are not. Although, I am very disappointed and hurt, I hope he gets help and only wish the best for him & the business as his rating has tanked for similar actions.
