    There was a take over of the company from someone else. I gave them all my tax info digitally since I have difficulty getting there due to being in a ******. I called to make sure she got the info, she did reply within a week saying she got it but hasn&#**;t looked at the info. I have called several times after and left messages. No reply. I have found out that I was pushed to a different person named ****, whom I have left messages trying to find out what is going on, no reply. I heard through a source that myself and others were given to ****. Leaving massages from April 1st-15th. I have never spoken to **** but he also needs to work on my trust, but I don&#**;t even know if he is a CPA.

    Sederburg and Associates strives to have excellent customer service. In this specific case the client has been in contact with both our Tax Manager **** and the owner **** multiple times on a recorded line. While we understand it can be frustrating that during peak tax season time it may take a few days to receive a response we are actively working on these returns. The promised completion date was and is 5/31/2024, we are still on track to meet that timeline but have not been able to get in contact with *** since the BBB review was made. Please rest assured **** is a well qualified experienced Enrolled Agent with the **** he is not a CPA and we do not advertise or represent ourselves as CPAs anywhere online or in our business.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    first of all, they promised completion date as of May 31, 2024 and they have not done anything and I have nothing by mail or phone from them.  They say they are trying to contact me.  I can't find anywhere where they tried to contact me.  I don't know how they contacted me.  The *********************************** Trust, FCO *********************** is my portion of the trust and I have heard nothing about what they have done.  I thought they were CPAs and they are not and I didn't know this.  They were presented to me as CPAs.

    The business sent me an email saying they have been trying to reach me and left messages for me.  She said **** has been working with ***************** to get the partnership returns completed to complete my personal concerns.  She said she apologizes and has spoken to me a few times and she has not and I thought that they were CPAs.  She said she doesn't know where I got the idea that they were CPAs.  *********************** wrote this letter and is the owner of this business.  ***************** is supposed to email my taxes to me.  I don't have a printer so I can't print them out.  I need to have them printed out and sent to me.  Also, they have my 2022 taxes which I need returned to me.  I need the taxes for my trust also.

    I agreed to pay this business $285 for preparing my personal tax return, and $425 for preparing my LLC small business return. My credit card was charged $710 (a combination of the two), plus an erroneous additional $285 on top of that. That is incorrect, and is not what was agreed upon. So I reached out to my preparer, *************************, with proof in the form of a screen shot of my Chase credit card statement. She replied that she would "look into it." Three business days have passed and she never replied. I understand that mistakes happen, we are all human, but when a client contacts you because a financial error was made, I expect a quick response and correction. Never received it.
