    VueSoft **************************************************** Ref: Total Lack of Support VueMinder Calendar Dear Director,This is not a cheerful letter and I seriously doubt I will hear and reply to this either, I mean after all ********************** has refused to even acknowledge my three requests for support, (I have included the emails with this letter.) Why should a letter not receive the same shredder treatment. I have been a VueMinder Ultimate user for many years. I started having an issue with syncing. I sent a help request on 07-06-2024 and received no response whatsoever. I then sent another email saying the same thing on 7-10-2024. Once again, I got no answer from support. On 07-13-2024 I sent a third support request, and it is now 07-19-2024 and I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or support from VueMInder. Yes, I have checked all my inboxes like Spam, Bulk, Junk Mail and nothing, On the web site it advertises:If the resources listed above don't answer your question, please email ********************** If you're using VueMinder Ultimate you'll have our top priority. Otherwise, we'll reply as soon as all VueMinder Ultimate requests have been completed (and always within 1 business day).Dont bank on it. Once they have you and you ask for support forget about it. I have found a calendar just as good and hopefully their support people are true to their word because I now know VueMinder could care less. I have posted a review on VueMinder site, which I know will never show, on Reddit, and ****** as well. I didnt tell anyone NOT to subscribe but I just told them my experience and let them decide.I asked a simple question as to when my renewal date was and what version I have, and I couldnt even get an answer there. I dont mind spending money, but I hate throwing it away. I am just one customer that wont be missed and easily replaced.

    Business claims that they sent  66 emails to me concerning my issue. I have not receieved any emails at all except the one basically telling me to go away. This was their response and noted that they used the name D*** when I have never used that name I always have used ****. In any case I have checked all my email servers in Inbox, Junk, Bulk, Spam, Trash. and not one email was found but they were able to send me this one, imagine that:

    Hi ****,

    Ive cancelled your subscription. This is the 66th support email Ive sent you. Youve been nothing but a pain since the start, always abusive with a toxic personality. Can you please stop harassing me now? I understand youve found a new calendar program, so good luck with that. I hope they understand what theyre in for, lol.
