I am extremely pleased with the work done by Zach from The Grout Medic in ***************** ********. He was prompt, professional, pleasant, hard working and conscientious. My ceramic tile 2 bathrooms and the Master Bath shower look brand new after he performed the work promised. He answered questions when asked, showed what was a problem and how he would be taking care of it, and gave printed instructions and verbal instructions about care of the floors and shower. I highly recommend using THE GROUT MEDIC from ***************** ********.The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis

The Grout Medic team is very professional, does outstanding work in a timely manner and is committed to customer satisfaction = 5 STARS * we had them do three projects = redo/refinish the grouting and tile floors in our kitchen and guest bathroom as well as re*caulking our entire kitchen backsplash * ***** who owns this business is professional, and was very timely in coming to discuss the projects * he explained exactly what they would do insuring our satisfaction * *** made sure we had their proposal via email the same day we met with **** * she also is very professional and always responded to my various inquiries/questions in a timely manner * *********** arrived a little early, are very professional & reviewed the three projects with us * they then immediately started their work * upon completion of the three projects, they reviewed their work with us to make sure we were fully satisfied * THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB EXCEEDING OUR EXPECTATIONS * I HIGHLY RECOMMEND **** AND HIS GROUT MEDIC TEAM TO EVERYONE * *********************The Grout Medic of Greater St. Louis
