    I was put in touch with this company after I signed my lease. I was assigned to the consultant ***** and set up an appointment. The appointment time rolls around and she never calls me. I reach back out to the company Im renting from and they tell me that I have ***** the wrong number. Fine. Totally understandable. I correct the number and set up another appointment once again nobody calls me on that date or time. I call my property manager and she gets in touch with this agent who claims she tried to call me and confirms the amended number. She claims that she talked to a man named ***** who told her she had the wrong number. Im a single woman and when Im away at work it remains locked in a womens locker. This is outlandish. On a whim, I call the first number I accidentally gave her. A man named ***** answers. Shes calling the incorrect number all while confirming my correct number. Extremely incompetent behavior. My poor property manger is facilitating the communication between us the whole time. Im now two days away from my lease starting and panicking because I have had no information about my move in or utilities. Ive had to figure that out myself. I really wish it was easier to get in touch with this company so I could at least change consultants, but I get a busy answering machine every time. I wouldnt have had to continue to waste my time with this person.

    We are sorry for your experience. The ownership of the company changed in October of 2023 and my business partner and I no longer have ownership or control of any operations at the company. Again, I am sorry for the experience from the new ownership.
