November 27th my wife called to get a tow from **************************** to my work at ******************** in ****************. When they arrived to pick my wifes vehicle up the driver had her drive the car onto the flatbed and than when the car came to my work, the driver refused to unload the car and made me unload the vehicle from the flatbed. What am I even paying you for if you wont do your job? Also while driving to my work the driver was telling my wife that him accepting the call was making him late for his daughters birthday (Not our problem) if it was a problem than why did he accept the call in the first place?

They towed my husbands truck and trailer after he was hit by another semi truck and trailer because of a drunk driver in a Cadillac on December 5,2022. They severely overcharged him even compared to the other semi truck driver by $7000 but then they kept his two side boxes of equipment that was ripped off in the accident and his tools that were scattered on the pavement that he pointed out to one of the people there. I can screenshot the receipt to show proof of overcharging if anyone cares to see it. My husbands tow bill for 2 miles was $47,000 while the other drivers was $35,000.

On December 5th 2022, we were contacted by the MSHP to respond to a major accident involving 2 semi tractor trailers and a single passenger car blocking all westbound lanes on I-44. The disputed truck and trailer was scattered in several pieces over the highway and the load of 5 x 10 sheets of steel were thrown and scattered onto the roadway as well. Due to the extensive damages and massive amounts of debris, our company had to use multiple trucks and hire extra employees to separate the truck and trailer and then remove the wreckage from the roadway. The total amount of time and manpower dedicated to the accident scene was no less than 8 hours. Mr. Webb contacted his insurance company and instructed them to not respond due to consulting an attorney to handle the damages. Mr. Webb was informed of our daily storage fees. Due to the fact that Mr. **** delayed his insurance from responding to the claim, his truck continued to accrue storage costs for 51 days. When the truck was finally released, the tow company that picked up Mr. Webb's truck and trailer declined picking up and taking the tools due to not being able to secure the load. The tool boxes, fifth wheel, and APU are still located in our secure lot and Mr. **** is free to pick them up at any time. He can make arrangements to pick these up on our business line.

*** spoken to the tow company that picked up my husbands truck and trailer to bring them to the lot for the investigators to do their jobs. They did not refuse to secure my husbands items on his trailer which had straps and chains and binders so that tells me they were not made available to the tow company. Also, when we went to look at the truck the fuel tanks had been siphoned off approximately 150 gallons of fuel at $4.50 per gallon. He had fueled up approximately 425 miles before the accident.
