    I made an order online at dominoes when I picked up my order it was wrong I asked for a refund and was refused I called corporate and never got a real person was told Id be contacted by the ** or franchise owner, that never happened I never got a refund or and resolution

    (I prefer email over phone calls, I have a Speech Disability)Before I get started, I would like BBB and D. know that I did sent a message through their website on 12/18/2022.4 days later, no response.Here is the ***** ID: *******" in the auto reply email they sent.Main:I had ordered and paid for 2 pizzas totaling $24.90 or $22.98 (before taxes). Order/receipt #***.When I entered the receipt into my rewards, it was declined stating that either the order was less than $10 or I placed an order 2 or more times that day.My order that I paid for $24.90 was $12.98 above the $10 min. reward order.My last order before then was 09/20/2022.I then sent a message through (explaining everything) their website and uploaded my receipt from 11/25/2022.Again, no response.
