    Hired *** that use to be the owner of this company many times and the work was perfect. Now a new owner has bought the company and lets just say the work was completely a wreck!!! The spray color they were to match wasnt a match, the technique was wrong as well. The sheen was even wrong! They were suppose to order a new spray tip to fix the problem which took almost two weeks to get so we were without a shower for that long. The night before they were suppose to respray at 9pm ******** the owner texts me and says oh we received the wrong tip and will have to bump you back another week. In the meantime my family is put out without a shower on the main floor. So now their fix is to just walk away and do nothing because I questioned their work ethic. This company is a joke and I wouldnt pay them a ***** for their class of work. They owe me money back now and we will see if that happens. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Although you were not happy with the final product, your shower was available for use 24 hours after our service was completed.

    Our goal is to proactively communicate assumptions and risks related to any project we undertake and your feedback will ensure we place greater emphasis on this moving forward. When we encounter an issue, we want to make you aware as soon as possible and do our best to make it right. 

    Unfortunately, we were not able to do that for you in this case. I will ensure our technicians are aware of the gift of feedback you provided here and use it to avoid any recurrence with future customers.
