    Midwest mobile rv repair made repairs to my travel trailer and billed me for 3 hours of work. All work was completed in 1.5 hours.

    Our technician went out there and used the wrong caulk.  We got a call from his credit card company saying he was disputing the charges and he left us a bad review.  When we got the bad review we reached out to him and said we would fix it for free.  He has never reached back out to us.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    i was billed for 3 hours of work when the technician was only there for 1.5 hours.  I was told by credit card company that I was billed for 1.5 hours labor and 1.5 hours travel time.  Travel time was not a line item on the estimate I received.  If I did not give the company a poor review they would not have  admitted to using the wrong caulking on the window.

    I had this company work on my **. My black tank was leaking. It looked like it was an issue between the valve and the black tank. He couldn&#**;t figure out why it was leaking. He climbed on the roof and ran a snake through the vent. He told me I had a rag in it and it was clogged. He said it was a pink rag and I asked to see it and he couldn&#**;t provide it. He took the snake and he ran it up the outlets on the side of the ** through the pipe connection that goes to the sewer. He told me I would have to call MSD to use a fiber optic camera because I had a block in the drain. The snake was hitting a closed valve. When I opened the valve, it flowed freely. I didn&#**;t need MSD. He looks under the ** at the valve. He took a pry bar and he was prying on something that was plastic. It did absolutely nothing. The valve leak was far worse was before. I took pictures of it and did my research on it. I had someone look at it and they said the black tank had come off the support brackets and was hanging 4-6" down. It was bulging. That was causing the leak. I put the support brackets in and I found another repair person. The A/C in the back hasn&#**;t been keeping up like it used to. This company sprayed the coils with water. You cannot do that. It could have destroyed my A/C unit. He charged me over $500 and he didn&#**;t give me a receipt. I asked for the receipt and he didn&#**;t.
