      Their service department worked on our 2019 F350 which had a wheel bearing leak. They replaced the seal and the two sets of bearings. We took it back two times because there was still a leak and the rear end was making a noise. Each time we asked them to go through the rear end completely and they reported back both times that it was perfect, nothing wrong. The fourth time we took it back they found that the rear end was damaged and suggested we spend $9K on a new rear end. Then they decided they would put a new axel in and welded on a new part. "Come get it, everything is fixed". So we did and the next day the rear end went out completely. Found out from another **** dealer that the bearings were not properly torqued which is what we expected. Now having to *** them as the refused to stand behind their work.
