    Bought a truck four-wheel-drive was out completely transmission had issues. I was under the impression there was a three month 3000 mile warranty. Apparently there wasn’t .. so then he says if you pay to get the four-wheel-drive fixed, I’ll fix the transmission for free…. Well, I said that it sounded like extortion and he at least agreed to fix the transmission. He had it for three months and gave it back to me with the same issues it had before.

    This truck was sold as-is without any expressed or implied warranty. My Plymell purchased this truck after test driving and contacted us weeks after purchasing the truck that there were issues with the 4x4 and transmission. We offered to fix the transmission however, neither we, nor a Nissan dealership can diagnose the issue. It does not appear to be a transmission issue, but an electrical issue. So no...installing a transmission for several thousands of dollars is not a solution.
