      Really disappointed in what vinyl product was put down in my kitchen. Have had to call many times, now I have a half floating half glued vinyl plank. It's still coming up. Last repair ************ his shoulders and told me to pay for a new floor and he wouldn't recommend the vinyl plank. When I asked why the leveling product I requested wasn't put down first when initially installed he actually told me cleaning the floor is just as good leveling it. Just so frustrating!
