    Received quote for vinyl flooring in early December 2021, accepted bid, was told flooring would be installed at end of December 2021. That was the first of many untrue statements from merchant. ******** never reached out to me to explain delays, I always had to reach out to them. Installation finally started in late February 2022, after about 4 weeks the installation was mostly complete but a stair nose was not installed, merchant said they would return and install it. Did not hear from them for approximately 2 months so I reached out as the flooring was separating at the end joints in over 20 places. They never answered their business phone and blamed it on their phone carrier. I finally was able to catch them at the store and a time was set up for them to come by, they never showed or called to explain why they did not show. They gave me their cell phone number and would sometimes respond but never kept any appointment they made and never called to say they were not coming. In June I filed a dispute with the credit card company I used to pay them and the dispute was resolved in favor of the merchant because they were willing to work with me. They never did. I kept reaching out to them, they finally agreed to come out in early August, they cancelled as they said they had Covid and would call and reschedule. They never did, I called, sent text messages, left voicemail messages, drove to their business every day for a week, no response. The last time I tried to call the cell phone, it was not taking messages as the mail box was full. I spoke with several other unsatisfied customers who I meet when we were all trying to catch the merchant at their business. All stories were similar. The last time I visited their business it had a for sale sign in front of it and the phone is no longer in service. I have contacted other flooring merchant to try and get assistance and they are unwilling to assist due to low quality of flooring and poor installation. I have opened a new dispute with the credit card provider.Please advise of my next steps for resolution. Thank you very much.*************************
