    On March 7th 24 I dropped my 2012 wild cat 1000 G. T. Off at j and s offer odetics to have the wet clutches replaced. I was given an estimate of between 7 and 900 dollars... I was told by *****, the owner that he had 2 custom builds going on in his shop.But he would squeeze it in between them.That I should have my side by side bag in roughly a month.. Two months later I had not heard anything from him or his wife , so I message Them on ******** messenger , which seems to be the preferred Is contact method.. I was told by Is whoever message me back to please call ***** so I I asked Where he was at on the repair Is after seeing on their ******** page Seven other Is custom jeep builds Post it on their ******** page That had been finished after mine was supposed to be Is completed.. I was informed that they had forgotten about my side by side.That had been setting there for 8 weeks At that time and He would get to it immediately I message back three weeks After that. I was told he had had a minor heart attack by his wife. That my side by side had been tore apart and he was unable to put it back together on Labor Day weekend.At this point they had had it 3 months And the clutches had not been repaired yet... It has now been sixteen weeks almost seventeen weeks.. I called back two weeks Ago.And That supposedly arctic cat sent him The wrong parts that the new parts should be in in a few days.. I told him I had planned on selling this unit.Just as soon as it was Finished and he and for me that He may have someone interested in it.. They are no Longer responding to messages and phone calls from me.. I would like my side by side Is fixed or at least back in running and driving Order so I can Either enjoy it or find someone that can fix it.. They are not available on the weekends because they are always promoting off road events Which mean?S I would have to miss a day of work to go pick up something that should have been Is repaired and finished three months ago.

    When we was first asked to look at said sxs we quoted a estimated price. and advised the customer that it will bew worked in other jobs that was here first never giving a time frame bust would look at it in the next month. Never said it would be done in that time period. Customer complaint was oil was turning black right after service and if could install wet clutches. After ordering said clutches and looking at his machine it did not have wet clutches. Also during this time I had a heart attack and was out of work so when I returned was further behind. customer has picked his sxs up and was never charged for any services or fees for restocking ordered parts.

    I have attached pictures with part numbers of The wet clutches and the o.E!M part number for the wet clutches. Let this shop says this machine does not use that they are so incorrect about.

    The sxs dose have wet clutches  I tried to give the part numbers for the parts.. here is proof in the link.
