      We have been members of the ********* with this company since August 2023. We are signed up to receive quarterly boxes of 6 steaks (2 Ribeyes, 2 NY Strip and 2 Filets) for $430/quarter. The way it's supposed to go is they charge our card and email us a receipt. We're supposed to receive the ***** tracking number within 24 hours and then the meat arrives. From the beginning we had issues. We were charged for the first 2 boxes and they never arrived. I was able to get in touch with somebody and get them to remedy the situation and they convinced me to keep my subscription and it would get better. We received the next quarter's box with no snags. Then in September I realized that we had been charged for in May and in August for the 2nd and 3rd Quarter boxes but never received them.I first reached out on 9/17/2024. By 9/26 I still had not received a response so I sent another email. I heard back from ***** **** on 9/26 stating they would ship the boxes on the following Monday and throw in some extra cuts as an apology. By 10/2 I had not received the meat or a tracking number, so I reached out again. Still no response by 10/7 so I sent another email to either send the missing 2 boxes immediately or refund my card for $860 (the cost of 2 boxes). Somebody called me that evening and apologized again and stated they had a death in the family that was messing things up but that he promised he would get the 2 boxes out in the mail the following day. On 10/29 I STILL had not received the product I paid for or received follow up communication. I again asked for my money back and to cancel all future charge. I contacted our credit card company to disallow future transactions. **************** is working on refunding me one month, but I would like the remaining $430 returned to me. I am assuming the business no longer exists, but I am on their website and they are still allowing new customers so my next contact is the Missouri Secretary of State.

      The company reached out within an hour of me submitting this complaint and refunded all of the money I had paid for undelivered items.  For me, this issue is resolved.

      Ordered meats on 4/24/24.Never received. Sent many messages, without a response. Finally connected with owner ************* on the phone. I gave him my order number and he apologized - saying I don't know how that happened. He promised to get the order out to me. Another 6 weeks have passed, more phone calls and messages without a response. Please help.
