      On march 5,2023 I went to this banks atm to withdraw money to pay my bills and their atm did not dispense my money although it showed it did and took my money from my bank account. The next day I came to bank and informed them And at first the guy acted as if it was no big deal he may or may not get to counting the atm down that day. He counted it down and verified the machine was over so my money was still in the machine. So now going on the second week Im no closer to gettin my money and its like they arent trying to give me my money and saying its the card I used but the Skrill account people are saying its the bank saying I received my money and so they cant refund my money. Any other bank wouldve counted down the atm and once verified I didnt receive the money gave u the money then but not this bank
