On 12-10.24 he showed a quote for a heater for ******* On 12-11-24 I wrote him a check for ******** ******* up front to start the work and ******* for a heater. They started the job and never came back. I paid for the material out of my pocket. They kept my material and shop key. I have called numerous of times I have went by the business several times. I finally caught up with **** **** today at the One Source Electric office and he stated he had to many hours in this job. I said so you basically under bid it. He said they were sending me a letter in the mail to say they won't go any further with out more money. They have 4 partial days in this project. I have naked wires in the shop. The city came and ran temporary power to the shop and the wire is laying on the ground. We supplied all equipment needed for the job and all material. When I asked him about the heater he said he hadn't ordered it. I am hoping you can help me recover my ******* back for the heater, our materials and shop key.Thank you,****** ****

He thought it was a handshake deal.  He signed a contract and a lot of things spilled out.  I told him that he didn't have a blueprint about the project.  He started adding things and got to a break even point and the contracted amount had been exceeded.  He has been sent a certified letter.  Once he signs the document and sets up a meeting to do a little mitigation, we can go forward.  The process is still taking place.
