    They did a great job and I was told $295 so I wrote a check for that amount. I got the bill a month and a half later and it said $370 they had three up charges. The extra charges were for extra hose, extra backflush, and pumped pump tank. I was never notified about any additional work taking place other than pumping my septic tank out.

    I, ***** ***** was driving the pump truck that day, we called the phone number that was on the ticket when we were on route to this address and got no response. We stopped at the home and went to the front door and tried to find someone, got no answer. We then located the tank and the next door neighbor was out walking and said it was ok to use his driveway to pump the tanks which was the least amount of hoses needed to pump the tank. Due to the amount of sludge in the tank it did require another backflush to clean the tank properly. We also cleaned the tank filter at no charge and then pumped the pump tank which needed to be pumped also. Loaded up the hose and stopped back at the front of house and knocked on the door, but still no answer. Later that day he did return our call and we went over with them what had been done. We are sorry for the confusion but we did pump and clean this residence to the best of our abilities, as we strive to do with all of our other customers
