    We filled out the paperwork to cancel it end of January and we are still waiting for our money. The loan was paid off in mid-February so no, it’s not with the loan company. We called the warranty company and they stated it was cancelled within 3 days of receiving the paperwork and they sent the notice back to Victory as they handled the refund. We called and left 2 messages with no return call. We emailed and no return email either. I had to write a message on Facebook to them stating I would file a complaint before ANYONE got back to us. They stated they were sorry and would take care of it immediately. They called back and stated one check was mailed out on Monday the 13th and the other would be mailed out the 16th. We are now at the 23rd and no mail has been received. So, I reached out again to see when they were mailed or if they could stop payment and overnight as this was getting out of hand. THEY JUST TOLD ME THEY WERE MAILED ON TUESDAY THE 21ST!!! This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE as that is our money. Not only have they been sitting on it since late January, early February, they lied about when the checks were mailed. I honestly believe had we not continually reached out and then threatened to file a complaint with the BBB that they would have NEVER sent the money back to us. This is called STEALING!!!! Please run away from this dealership or at least don’t get any of their warranties unless you know for sure you won’t cancel any of them as you won’t get your money back.

    I've attached the copies of the 2 cancellations checks along with a copy of the check for an $200 that we sent customer. I left a voicemail with ******* ***** this last Thursday afternoon asking him for some grace as we had horrible communication between our office staff regarding this cancellation request.  We decided to send the $200 as a good faith gesture as i realize we didn't get the original checks sent out in a timely manner. I had a lengthy conversation with our office staff and finance departments this morning and we as a team will be better. Please let me know if you need anything else from us.
