    Hired ***** **** to come install pool. He leveled spot for pool which was already done he just had to make sure it was level enough and then lay sand down. He built a retaining wall around the area that was dug out already. We agreed total charges would be $775. Said it would take 2 weekends to complete. This was started the weekend of April 6th today being April 20th and still nothing more completed other than the retaining wall. He is now avoiding our phone calls. His wife sent a message via FB and said that he is no longer going to do the job because there is no profit in it for him as he would have to hire more help because the pool is damaged. He said the pool bolts are rusted I went and double checked. They are not rusted. The steel wall of the pool he said was damaged according to his wife. Yes, that is true. It has a small dent in it, but it will not hurt the stability of installing the pool. I seriously don't even believe he did close to $600 in labor or even in materials. Please just refund the money so we can pay someone else to do the job you were hired to do.
