Individual travelers: credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders.
Groups: checks, money orders, bank transfer of funds, credit cards are accepted on amounts of $1,000 or less.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
Individual Travelers: If you cancel your package from the day it's book to 10 days prior to your arrival date, there is a 10% cancellation fee. If cancelled 9 days or less before your arrival, there is partial or no refund depending on what we have paid when cancelled. In an emergency we may be able to transfer your arrangements to another date.
In general, if a group cancels more than 65 days prior to scheduled arrival there is just a $50 cancellation fee. This may change depending on hotels, shows or attractions included. The exact cancellation policy for your group will be listed on your contract. If you receive a cancellation from a member of your group after you have paid us in full but before we make the final payments (generally 3 - 15 days prior to arrival) we may be able to refund to you as long as you are still above minimum numbers. This is for an emergency situation only for a maximum of 1 - 2 rooms.
