    I hired this company and paid a $500 deposit to get my project started and they said it would take 2 weeks and it&#**;s been over a month and now I can&#**;t reach anyone and my check has been cashed.

    I am not going to fight or argue about anything in regards to this complaint. I am going to just refund the money and move past it. In the month that is being complained about I had to order materials. At one point he picked up parts and switched out the piece I am working to build the project on. For a week I was unable to talk or do anything as I was ill. I am the only person here so I wasn't able to do any work. I have the refund and his parts in a box and will send it all back to him via postal.

    I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution.  We have not received anything yet. Who should I notify when funds and sample are received. Thank you so very much for your help to resolve this issue.
