******* has done my taxes for about 4 years and a offer in compromise I paid her 1500 to do the irs did not like how she did the offer and compromise so they returned it I hired her husband to do some work he did not finish job after he got mad because I did not answer my phone now ******* has decided to to do my taxes any more and won't refund my money for the offer in compromise

He did pay me the $1500 and I worked on it for over a month. I got the information, gave it to him, he read it over, approved it, signed it and mailed it. I told him he has a 50/50 chance with the ***. He got a letter back saying he has $318,000 worth of rental property, they didn't offer him a settlement when he could sell the property and send the money to them. I don't feel I need to pay him pack because I worked on it for over a month. I don't have any control over the *** as to what they want to do.
